In the meantime, our online Inner Sanctuary online programme could be just the thing for you. How does it work? Every month for 6 months, you have access to monthly reflexions and practical tools as well as a sophrology meditation recording for more daily serenity. You can use them at your own pace from the comfort of your own home.

This programme is also perfect if you have done a Bulle programme or come on a retreat before and you wish to have regular support to keep going.

Our anti-burnout programmes can be done or started as a 3 to 5 day-retreat, completely tailor-made for you.
We do not pack the day full or ask you to wake up early. We make sure you get plenty of time to rest, book more treatments or explore the area and take walks. It is all about disconnecting… So, our advice: leave the devices at home, pack the good books and come and relax! Enjoy the beauty and serenity of the countryside around us: pure air, silence, a complete disconnect from everyday life.

Example of a 3-day programme:
3 sophrology sessions, 3 naturopathy session, 1 coaching session, ayurvedic massage, head massage, Reiki + initial consultation + final wrap-up = 660 € (excl. accomodation and meals)

Inner Sanctuary Retreats
Florence organises these retreats once or twice a year in Creuse. They may be organised in the UK in the future, let us know if that would be of interest to you.
These retreats are a time to realign, focus inside and reconnect to your inner self, body, mind and spirit, a time of introspection and calm. They can also be done after you have been through an anti-burnout programme with us. We do sophrology, coaching, meditation, yoga and mindful walks to help you gain more clarity and work on your inner progression, wherever you are at. You have time to rest, reflect, take walks…
The Inner Sanctuary is a space where you can find the tools, means and knowledge to be yourself fully, from simple steps to find profound peace in daily life to aligning body, mind and spirit.
The idea is to achieve peace of mind and body, to bring a spirit of contemplation and serenity in everyday life, to understand how to be in harmony with yourself, to reconnect with your inner truth and understand how to live it day after day in simple, manageable step.
The quality of this retreat is what should be the norm. And yet in 3 or 4 years, this is the first time I find that! A rare, authentic and so valuable approach! Each consultation and appointment is a source of inspiration and yet another resource for me. Thank you to all the team for being so attentive and professional.
I joined this retreat to take a break, which is what I explained to Florence. She therefore prepared for me a programme that was exactly what I needed: yoga, massages, Reiki, sophrology. I was given very pertinent advice, met amazing therapists. We were also given a lot of free time, essential to find ourselves again, even if this is not the easiest thing to do. I didn’t want to be with a big group as happens on many retreats. This was perfect, there were just 3 of us and we were able to talk about ourselves easily (I am not a big talker if I do not know the person, this was so much easier). I will come again without the shadow of a doubt.
A 5-day retreat at the Bulle allowed me to take a break and focus on myself. It helped me enormously to not have to think about anything but myself. The place was so peaceful and everything was organised for my wellbeing. I was able to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The programme prepared by Florence helped me find inner peace; it was so rich in everyway: the amazing therapists, the relaxing atmosphere… This retreat helped me find the strength to go back to work. I spent 3 days at the Bulle in summer 2019 and it was a revelation. Guided by Florence who is such a kind, attentive person who sincerely wishes the best for her clients, I was helped by a whole team of amazing therapists. Their different approaches renewed and nourished me and I was able to make a fresh start after that. Today, when I am feeling a bit off, I think about those 3 days of transformation and I am able to find hope and clarity of mind again.
