I went in burnout aged 23 when I was still a student and it changed my life. I had to rebuild myself from the ground up. It was scary and it was difficult. It took me time to understand where and how to get help and how to be able to still have the buzzy life I wanted while also respecting my own limits.
I then worked for many years in high-performance environments within Strategy Consulting and International Logistics, side by side with truly inspirational leaders; men and women who showed me how to be a top manager while remaining sane, healthy and superbly efficient. Then came a time when I realised I wanted something else from life, I needed to truly discover myself and live a life that would be more meaningful for me. Here I was, back inside for some deep soul searching.
Both times, after the burnout and when building a new life, I was lucky enough to be able to rely on Sophrology, an amazing mind-body technique that is both super simple and fantastically efficient. Both times, it delivered and I realised that time that it was the moment for me to lead the way for others with this technique.
It has nearly been 15 years now that I help people with hyper-stress, burnout, anxiety and sleep issues in France and England. In 2010, I opened the first Sophrology training centre in the UK, The Sophrology Academy, based in Kent.
I wrote the first Sophrology book in English, Instant Serenity for Life and Work: An Introduction to Sophrology (2012) and The Sophrology Method: Simple mind-body techniques for a calmer, happier, healthier you (2019), translated in French, Spanish, German and Dutch. My new book Mes Petites Routines, Sophrologie pour se recentrer sur soi (2021) is only available in French.
I now share my experience at La Bulle de Repos, run programmes and retreats in Creuse, central France, in deep, quiet countryside, an ideal spot for peace and rest, far from the noise of the city, in unspoilt nature, with calm, pure air and silence. Creuse if my family birthplace and for me it has always been my personal place of retreat, of sanctuary. It helps me recentre and regroup. It is some of that peace of mind that I want to bring in your lives, wherever you are.

Certified coach, specialized in stress and burn out management and professional caps changes, I accompany people to regain self-confidence, to set new life habits and to redefine the basics of their professional life. I am also trained in mindfulness meditation (MBSR: mindfulness based stress reduction). Possible interventions in companies.
I have a holistic approach to coaching. Its pilars are rooted in a multi-capitalistic vision of the world and the ecosystems in which we live. It allows anyone and any corporation or group to find and adopt, should they wish to, new perspectives to “go beyond”.
Reflexology, energy massage, yoga and mindfulness
For me it is important to help people relax physically and psychologically. I offer several methods to meet each particular need. The objective is to give enough information to get back into balance in everyday life. I help people know themselves and their limits better and develop at their own pace.
As a workplace psychologist, I specialize in mindfulness meditation as a psycho-therapeutic tool adapted to the management of anxiety, stress and burnout syndromes. I see clients from my own clinic and organize group and corporate sessions. I share, with the Bulle de Repos team, the desire to help people rebuild their lives.
Massage therapist and personal development
Through different types of massages, you can discover physical, mental as well as emotional benefits. I share my knowledge and discoveries such as the importance of benevolent touch especially with young children, the importance of a good posture to prevent chronic pain or stress management.
A sports graduate (2001), I have been teaching yoga since 2016, with joy, kindness and respect for all. Gently, with constant effort and letting-go, yoga guides us to unite body and mind.
Naturopath and quantum neuro-sensory therapist, I work with people in the different stages of life to enable them to regain their vitality. Today, Life brings me around the world to share these methods which, beyond the healing of our traumas, open the doors of the mind and heart to us.
I’m naturopath specialised in Lyme diseases and hygienism. I trained in naturopathy at ENA & MNC in Bourgogne, in Lyme diseases with Chronimed and in hygienism in Nature and Vie Center in Bretagne. Naturopathy is an alternative médicine wich aims to preserve or give a way back to health in founding the real problems in using plants, breathing technic, massages and dietary adjustements and to take the uniqueness of each. This technic is for everyone whatever the age or the pathology.
