how does it work?
For those who are near us
You meet Florence for a consultation of one-hour maximum in Evaux-Les-Bains to go over what you are going through, what you need and the possible solutions for you.
We will put a programme together for you that can span over the course of several weeks or months and each appointment will be made at your own pace and according to your own needs. For instance, you could be coming to see us in Evaux once a month for half a day to see a couple of our practitioners and/or enjoy treatments at the thermal spa.
For those coming from far away or even farther
You can have a consultation with Florence over the Internet or on the phone and we prepare for you a personalised programme for your stay that fits your needs. Whether you are coming for a weekend or a week, or even more, everything will be tailor-made.
You will stay at Evaux-Les-Bains thermal spa, where everything is in one place and you can enjoy your stay in peace and comfort.

You will find everything you need on site: hotel, restaurant, spa, thermal swimming-pool, in the peaceful surrounding of a natural park and with gentle walks in the countryside available all around. The town itself is nearby and you can use the spa shuttle to go there.
Les thermes d’Evaux-les-Bains welcomes the Bulle team on their premises and we look after you to create the best programme for you: nice additions to your Bulle programme can include underwater massaging baths, seaweed wraps, dry flotation bed… Evaux thermal water is among other things rich in lithium which is particularly recommended for stress management.
If you are coming by train, you can arrive at Montluçon station and get a connecting coach to Evaux. Do contact us for all details.
We are converting two barns at La Serre-Bussière-Vieille to create accommodation, spa and clinic to host all our programmes on one location, on an amazing site, in the middle of lush countryside, in a secluded area in a real “quiet zone” (no mobile phone signal or Wifi etc).
We are looking forward to welcoming you there when the works are finished but, in the meantime you are more than welcome at Evaux where all our team will look after you. And if you do some meditative walks with us when you come over, who knows, you may be lucky enough to come with us to this lovely spot for a preview! Or you could even discover another amazing landscape in the area. Our gorgeous countryside is perfect for walks and contemplation.

Florence is Founding Director of The Sophrology Academy, the first school of sophrology in the UK, was President of FEPS (Federation of Professional Schools of Sophrology) from 2016 to 2018 and is the author of Instant Serenity for Life and Work and The Sophrology Method.
She has been helping people in burnout and hyper-stress in France and England for more than 10 years and shares today her experience from our wellbeing centre in Creuse. She works together with a team of experts who are adept at helping you avoid burnout or rebuild from it.
Florence went into burnout more than 25 years ago. It was a learning curve for her to understand how to be able to still have the buzzy life she wanted while also respecting her own limits. Originally from Creuse, she has chosen to establish the centre there, finding it an ideal spot for peace and rest, far from the noise of the city, in unspoilt nature, with calm, pure air and silence.
She works together with a team of experts who are adept at helping you avoid burnout or rebuild from it.
Certified by The Sophrology Academy in Ashford, UK, I specialise in stress and anxiety management, burnout prevention and management and sleep disorders. I see clients both individually and in groups, individuals and corporate clients, in French or English.

Clinical counsellor and humanistic psychotherapist, I specialise in Borderline Disorders and Transgenerational Analysis. I offer counselling as well as workshops to discover and put in practice everyone’s creative side.
Specialised in pain (trained by Armelle Simon) and stress management (at IFSMS), I accompany people in groups or individually in my office in Montlucon, in associations or business. Trained by Florence Parot in applications of sophrology to people close to burnout or in their recovering, I am glad to accompany you with all the professionals of la Bulle de Repos.
Massage therapist and personal development
Through different types of massages, you can discover physical, mental as well as emotional benefits. I share my knowledge and discoveries such as the importance of benevolent touch especially with young children, the importance of a good posture to prevent chronic pain or stress management.
A sports graduate (2001), I have been teaching yoga since 2016, with joy, kindness and respect for all. Gently, with constant effort and letting-go, yoga guides us to unite body and mind.
As a workplace psychologist, I specialize in mindfulness meditation as a psycho-therapeutic tool adapted to the management of anxiety, stress and burnout syndromes. I see clients from my own clinic and organize group and corporate sessions. I share, with the Bulle de Repos team, the desire to help people rebuild their lives.
